Lead generation expert who builds the whole path from ad click to landing page, tracking and fast follow-up, and judges it by leads that become customers
I build lead generation systems: paid campaigns on Google and Meta, landing pages that convert, call and form tracking, and automated follow-up that reaches new leads in minutes. After twelve years, 500+ brands and $400K+ in monthly spend, my focus is cost per qualified lead and per customer, not cost per form. Cold e-mail outreach is an option for B2B.

Lead generation is a chain, and the weakest link sets the price
A lead costs what it costs because of every step between the click and the sale: the targeting, the ad, the page, the form, the speed of the first reply and the quality of the sales conversation. Improving only the ads while the page loads slowly or the phone goes unanswered is the most common way I see budgets wasted. So I look at the whole chain, then fix the link that is leaking most.
I have been the Senior Paid Media Specialist and Lead Generation Expert at Growth99 since 2024, running campaigns for hundreds of healthcare and service brands in the USA, UK, UAE and Australia. Before that I built my own consultancy and handled white-label lead generation for agencies. Across that work I have designed funnels and landing pages that reduced cost per lead by up to 40 percent for clients, while aiming to keep lead quality steady or higher.
Where the leads come from: Google, Meta and outbound
Search ads on Google capture people who are actively looking, which makes them the first channel for most service businesses, from clinics and law firms to home services. Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram create demand and reach people who were not yet searching, which suits offers that are visual or need explanation. Many accounts need both, with Performance Max or Demand Gen adding reach once tracking is trustworthy.
For B2B companies with a defined buyer, I can also set up cold e-mail outreach with a tool such as Instantly. That needs a separate sending domain, a clean list, careful volume and a clear opt-out, since poor outreach damages your main domain. I recommend it only when the buyer group is small enough to name and the offer is clear enough to explain in a few lines.
Landing pages and funnels built for the enquiry
I have built more than 100 landing pages for paid traffic. A good one answers the visitor's question quickly: what you do, for whom, why they should trust you, what it costs to get started and what to do next. It loads fast on a phone, puts the call button and form where thumbs reach, and does not bury the one action you want under menus.
For regulated sectors such as healthcare and legal, I write within advertising and privacy rules, include the required consent for contact by phone or message, and avoid claims I cannot support. I test offers, headlines, form length and page layout against live budgets, one change at a time, so you can see what moved the result.
Tracking leads properly, down to the source and the outcome
If you cannot tell which campaign produced a customer, you will end up funding the wrong ones. I set up Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking with CallRail, form tracking and the Meta Pixel with Conversions API, with UTM parameters carried into your CRM so that every lead keeps its source, keyword and landing page.
Where your team records outcomes, such as booked, visited or sold, I feed those results back into the ad platforms. This lets bidding learn from qualified leads instead of every form fill, and it lets me report cost per customer. Where no CRM exists, I help set up a simple one.
- Phone calls tracked by source, with duration and recording where lawful
- Forms, chats and bookings counted as separate lead types
- UTM and click IDs stored on the CRM record
- Outcome data returned to Google and Meta where the platform allows
Speed to lead and follow-up automation
The first few minutes after an enquiry matter more than most owners expect. I connect forms and ad lead forms to your CRM, notify the right person at once, and send the lead an acknowledgement by e-mail or WhatsApp. If nobody has replied after a set time, the lead is escalated, and automated messages stop as soon as a person responds.
I have built a custom CRM with e-mail and WhatsApp automation and I use tools such as Zapier, Pabbly and WATI for lighter setups. The aim is not to replace your sales team but to make sure no enquiry waits unseen.
Measuring success in a way that you can check
I report on leads, qualified leads, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and, when you share the data, cost per customer and return on ad spend. On healthcare and IVF accounts, I have reached peak returns of 22 to 30 times ad spend, and on e-commerce accounts averages of 9 to 12 times. These are figures from specific accounts, not promises, because your result depends on your market, price, offer and sales process.
You keep ownership of the ad accounts, analytics and CRM. I work remotely from India, join calls at times that suit your time zone and send a short weekly note plus a monthly review, so you always know what was spent and what it produced.
How the work runs
- 01
Map the lead path
I follow a lead from ad to sale, noting drop-offs, delays and unanswered enquiries, and review your past ad data.

Define a qualified lead
We agree what makes a lead worth paying for, how your team marks it and what you can afford per customer.
- 03
Set up tracking
Calls, forms, sources and outcomes are tracked into analytics and your CRM, then tested end to end.
- 04
Build or fix the landing page
A fast, clear page with one action and consent in place, built by me or improved on your existing site.
- 05
Launch the campaigns
Google, Meta or outbound campaigns start with controlled budgets and a plan for which tests to run first.
- 06
Automate follow-up

Questions about lead generation
It depends on what a customer is worth and how many leads close, so no single number applies. I calculate your target from average sale value, close rate and margin, then judge campaigns against that figure.
By tracking outcomes, not form fills. I add qualifying questions, tighten keywords and audiences, feed booked and closed results back to the ad platforms and compare sources by cost per customer.
Yes, healthcare and legal are among my main sectors. I write ads and pages within advertising rules, handle consent for contact properly and avoid claims that cannot be supported. Your lawyer should confirm regulatory points.
Not always. A dedicated landing page often does more than a full redesign, and I can build one quickly. If your site is slow or confusing on mobile, I will say so and recommend what to change.
Yes. Leads are sent to your CRM, the right person is notified, and the lead gets an acknowledgement. WhatsApp uses approved templates and recorded opt-in, and messages stop when a person replies.
I can set up outreach with tools such as Instantly for a clearly defined buyer group, using a separate sending domain, a clean list and an opt-out. I will tell you if paid search would suit better.
Search campaigns can produce enquiries within days of launch, but stable numbers usually take several weeks of data and adjustment. Tracking and page fixes come first, so early weeks are partly about measurement.
Yes. I agree with your team what counts as a qualified lead, set up how outcomes are recorded and share reports they can read. Good lead generation depends on sales follow-up as much as on advertising.
