Google Ads expert who rebuilds the tracking first, then runs Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping around cost per lead and ROAS
I am a Google Ads Partner certified specialist with twelve years of experience and $400K+ in monthly spend managed across 500+ brands. What I do as a Google Ads expert
I run Google Ads accounts for businesses that want enquiries, calls, bookings or online sales, and I handle the whole job: structure, keywords, ads, bidding, budgets, conversion tracking, landing page feedback and reporting. I have held a Google Ads Partner agency certification since 2023, and I have worked on accounts for more than 500 brands, with total monthly spend of $400K+ under my management.
My work leans on lead generation, particularly healthcare and local services, and on e-commerce. On healthcare and IVF accounts I have seen peak returns of 22 to 30 times ad spend, and on e-commerce accounts averages of 9 to 12 times. Those figures come from specific accounts and sectors, and they are not a promise for yours. Results depend on your margins, offer, competition and how well you follow up with leads.
Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, AI Max, Display, Video and Shopping
Search is usually where I begin for a business with clear buying intent, because it captures people who are already looking. I group keywords by intent, write responsive search ads that match what the searcher typed, add negative keywords from the first week, and review the search terms report often, since that is where wasted spend shows up. Dynamic search ads and call ads have their place for large catalogues and phone-led businesses.
Performance Max, Demand Gen and AI Max are powerful but easy to misuse. I give Performance Max clean conversion signals, asset groups with a purpose and brand exclusions where needed, and I watch where its budget goes. Demand Gen suits visual, upper-funnel and remarketing goals across YouTube, Discover and Gmail. For shops I manage Shopping and Performance Max feeds, product titles and product-level profitability, so budget stops flowing to items that never pay back.
Conversion tracking is the first fix, not the last
Google Ads bids using the conversions you report, so a broken or loose setup teaches the system to chase the wrong people. In audits I commonly find the same problems: page views counted as conversions, form submissions firing twice, phone calls not tracked at all, offline sales never reported back, and Google Ads and GA4 disagreeing about what a lead is.
I set up Google Tag Manager, GA4 events, enhanced conversions, call tracking with CallRail and, where a CRM exists, offline conversion imports, so Google learns which clicks became real customers. This work can take a week or two before results improve, and I would rather say that plainly than start by raising the budget on bad data.
- Form, call, chat and booking conversions with sensible values
- Enhanced conversions and consent-aware tags
- Call tracking tied to campaign and keyword
- CRM outcomes imported so bidding learns from real customers
Taking over a struggling account
A good share of my work is rescue: accounts where cost per lead has crept up, a previous agency left a tangle of campaigns, or Performance Max is spending without clear results. At Growth99 I took over escalation accounts and premium high-budget clients and rebuilt them through structure changes, quality checks and clear roadmaps, and I was named a Best Performer six times there.
My first step is a read-only audit: account structure, search terms, match types, bidding strategies, ad strength, location and device settings, conversion setup and landing pages. I report what I find in plain words with the order I would fix it. The audit is yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
Landing pages and conversion rate are part of the job
Ads only buy visits. What a visit becomes depends on the page, so I treat landing pages as part of Google Ads management. I have built more than 100 landing pages and I test the offer, headline, form length, phone prominence and page speed on real budgets. Changes to funnels and pages have helped bring cost per lead down by up to 40 percent for clients.
If you already have a page, I will recommend changes, and I can build or rebuild it myself since I am also a web developer. A faster, clearer page lowers the cost of every click and often improves Quality Score, which affects what you pay per click.
Reporting, communication and who owns the account
You own the Google Ads account, the Tag Manager container and the GA4 property. I am added as a manager, so if we stop working together you keep the history, the audiences and the learning. I do not run campaigns through my own accounts, and I do not hide data.
Reporting is a short monthly review, plus a quick weekly note, built around what you care about: leads, qualified leads, cost per lead, sales and ROAS, not impressions. I work remotely from India and schedule calls to suit your time zone, and I reply on WhatsApp or e-mail within a few hours on most days.
How the work runs
- 01
Read-only audit
I review the account, tracking and landing pages without changing anything and write down what is wasting money and what is working.
- 02
Set goals and numbers
We agree what a lead or sale is worth, what you can pay for one and how success will be reported.
- 03
Fix tracking
Tag Manager, GA4, enhanced conversions, call tracking and CRM feedback are corrected before budgets move.
- 04
Rebuild or launch structure
Campaigns are organised by intent and product, with ads, assets, negatives and bidding set to your goal.
- 05
Test and refine
Search terms, audiences, ads and landing page versions are reviewed weekly and changed one thing at a time.
- 06
Report and plan
A monthly review of leads, cost, quality and sales, with a short plan for the next month.

Questions about Google Ads management
Mainly structure, tracking and ongoing judgement. I set up conversion measurement correctly, keep wasted search terms out, choose bidding that fits your goal and review the account every week, which takes time most owners do not have.
It depends on your cost per lead and how many customers you want, so I work it out from your margins and the likely click cost in your market. I will not name a figure before looking at your numbers.
No. Nobody can honestly promise results on a live auction. I can show past results on similar accounts, set targets from your data and report openly against them, including when something is not working.
Yes. The account, conversion history, audiences and Tag Manager container are yours from day one. I join as a manager, and I never run your campaigns from an account that I own.
Yes. I start with a read-only audit of structure, search terms, bidding, tracking and landing pages, and I give you a prioritised list of findings. You can use it with me or with someone else.
It can be, once conversion tracking reflects real leads and brand traffic is controlled. Without those, it tends to spend on cheap, low-quality conversions, so I often run Search first and add Performance Max later.
Yes. I work remotely from India with clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and India, and I schedule calls around your time zone. Targeting, currency and ad policies are set for your market.
Yes. I manage Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram and Microsoft Ads alongside Google, with one tracking plan across them, so you can see which platform produces leads and sales rather than guessing.
