What a PPC specialist actually manages
Pay-per-click advertising means you pay when someone clicks, but the real work happens before and after the click: which searches or audiences you target, what the ad promises, what the page delivers and how you measure the result. I manage that full chain across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta, and I work with LinkedIn, YouTube and native networks such as Taboola when they fit the goal.
I have done this for twelve years for more than 500 brands, with $400K+ in monthly spend managed in total, as a freelancer, as an agency principal and as a Senior Paid Media Specialist at Growth99. I am a Google Ads Partner certified specialist. That background shows in how I work: I start with measurement, I rely on the search terms report, and I judge platforms by customers and revenue instead of clicks.
Google Ads, the usual starting point
For most businesses Google Ads is the first platform because it reaches people at the moment they search. I run Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, AI Max, Display, Video and Shopping campaigns, and I choose among them by goal rather than by what Google suggests in its recommendations tab. Many of those suggestions raise spend more reliably than they raise results.
Typical issues I find in audits include broad match without enough negative keywords, brand and non-brand traffic mixed so that Performance Max takes credit for people who would have found you anyway, conversions that count page views, and location settings that include people merely interested in a place. Each one is fixable once seen, and each can quietly consume a good share of a budget.
Microsoft Ads: the second search channel worth checking
Microsoft Ads serves Bing, and through partners it reaches Yahoo and other search sites, as well as Microsoft products such as Edge and Outlook. Its audience is smaller than Google's but often skews to desktop users, older users and office workers, and click prices are frequently lower. For B2B, finance, education, travel and some local services, it can add enquiries at a good cost.
The simplest way to start is to import your Google Ads campaigns into Microsoft Ads, then review settings, because imported campaigns need their own checks on match types, locations, audiences and budgets. I also set up UET tracking and conversion goals so Microsoft's results can be compared fairly with Google's. If your volume is small, I will tell you when Microsoft Ads is not worth the extra management.
Local Services Ads: what they are and how I help
Local Services Ads are Google's pay-per-lead listings that appear above search results for certain trades and professions, such as plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, lawyers and cleaners, in supported countries. Businesses are screened and verified by Google, show a badge, and pay when a customer calls or messages, instead of paying per click. Availability depends on your trade and your country.
I work remotely from India, so I do not carry out the on-the-ground steps such as background checks, licence uploads or insurance verification; those belong to you and Google. I can advise on whether the category fits your business, how Local Services Ads sit beside Search campaigns, how to dispute junk leads, what to watch in reviews and response times, and how to measure the calls against your own booking records.
Meta and other platforms, planned together
Meta advertising on Facebook and Instagram works differently from search, because people are not looking for you yet. It suits visual offers, retargeting, catalog-led retail and lead forms. I set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API with event deduplication and judge Meta on the same customer outcomes as Google, so you can compare them side by side.
Budget decisions across platforms are where a single specialist helps most. A search campaign may seem to win every sale because it is the last click, while Meta started the interest earlier. I use UTM tagging, GA4, call tracking with CallRail and your CRM records to see assisted paths, then move budget in steps rather than swinging it wildly.
One tracking plan, honest reporting, your accounts
I begin each engagement by agreeing on definitions: what a lead is, what a sale is, what each is worth and how both are recorded. Then Tag Manager, GA4 and platform conversions are set up to match. Without this, every platform reports its own version of success and the totals add up to more than your actual sales.
All ad accounts, analytics properties and tag containers stay in your name, and I am added as a manager. Reports are a short weekly note and a monthly review in plain language. I work with clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and India, scheduling calls to suit your time zone, and I am reachable on WhatsApp or e-mail.
How the work runs
- 01
Audit what exists
A read-only review of every active ad account, the tracking and the landing pages, with a ranked list of problems.
- 02
Agree on definitions and targets
We settle what a qualified lead or sale is, its value, and the cost per result you can afford.
- 03
Build one tracking plan
Tag Manager, GA4, Microsoft UET, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and call tracking are set up and tested together.
- 04
Choose the platform mix
Budget is divided across Google, Microsoft and Meta by goal, starting small on the newer channels.
- 05
Launch and control search terms
Campaigns go live with negatives and match types set, and search terms are reviewed weekly.
- 06
Compare channels fairly
Results are checked against your CRM and sales records, not only each platform's own reporting.
- 07
Reallocate and report
Budget moves in measured steps toward what produces customers, with a monthly review and next steps.

Questions about PPC management across Google, Microsoft and Meta
I review search terms and spend, adjust bids and budgets, test ads and pages, keep tracking accurate, check each platform against real leads and sales, and send you a clear report on what changed and why.
Often, as a smaller second channel. Clicks can cost less and the audience differs, but volume is lower. I import your Google campaigns, set up UET tracking and check results before increasing the budget.
I can advise on eligibility, budget, lead disputes and measurement. Google's verification steps, such as licences, insurance and background checks, must be completed by you, and availability depends on your trade and country.
I start with Google for demand that already exists, test Microsoft and Meta with small shares, and move money toward whichever produces customers at an acceptable cost, using your CRM data, not only platform reports.
Each platform claims credit for conversions it influenced, and they often overlap. One tracking plan with shared definitions, UTM tags and your own sales records gives a truer figure for each channel.
Yes. I have worked as a white-label and NDA execution partner for agencies in the USA, UK, UAE and Australia. Your branding stays on the reports and the client relationship stays with you.
No. I work remotely from India with clients in different time zones, and calls are scheduled around yours. There is no local office, and everything runs through your own ad accounts and shared reports.
No one honestly can. I can show results from similar accounts, agree targets from your numbers and report openly against them, including when a platform is not paying back and money should move elsewhere.
